Building on the Travel Wise, IMHOTEP, and MultiModX projects, ARCADE aims to develop a coherent set of information systems and decision-support tools to enable information sharing, common situational awareness, and collaborative decision-making between airports and surface transport stakeholders. The goal is to increase the predictability of air traffic management operations, improve airport resource management, support disruption and crisis management at airport and network level, and enhance passenger experience.

ARCADE will deliver two complementary solutions for multimodal airport resilience: Solution A – integrated multimodal performance cockpit and proactive disruption management, and solution b – multimodal network crisis management. Both are designed to be adaptable to different airport types, including airports with and without collaborative decision-making (CDM), and operational contexts with varying levels of data availability.
