Registrations are now closed

The SESAR 3 JU is pleased to inform you that we will once again be hosting Walking Tours at Airspace World, 26 – 28 May 2026, in Lisbon.

Based on your contributions, the tours will be organised by theme and will allow participants to visit the stands of SESAR members and partners to see first-hand some of the success stories from SESAR research and innovation, as well as those from SESAR deployment.

Each tour stop will last about ten minutes and is meant to provide a brief but engaging glimpse into your project, enticing participants to return to your stand later in the event for a deeper exchange.

We are planning ten tours over the course of the event: four on 26 May, four on 27 May, and two on the morning of 28 May.

As we will only be able to accommodate a limited number of projects, preference will be given to contributions that include tangible assets such as demonstrations, hardware, mock-ups, or prototypes. Submissions with a standalone PowerPoint presentations will not be accepted.

Submissions should be coordinated among project leaders and members to avoid duplication of content. Projects must also confirm the stand at which the pitch will take place. If hosting the pitch at a partner’s stand is not feasible, we can explore the possibility of using the Europe for Aviation stand.

The deadline to register your interest was 20 February 2026. Registrations are therefore closed.
