The ESMA Dissemination Event will provide the latest first-hand information covering initial results of the ATN/OSI Dual-link Demonstration flight campaign (Air France, Airbus, DSNA, ENAIRE, ESSP, Eurocontrol NM, NATS, Obizco, SITA, Skyguide, Transavia, Viasat), as well as the test results of the ATN/IPS Multilink Demonstration (Airtel, Boeing, CGI, ENAIRE, Frequentis, Honeywell, SITA and Viasat) which is supported by the ESA Iris Boeing ecoD International Flights.
The flight campaign is an important element of the ESMA Digital Sky Demonstrator (DSD) projectto address the need to increase the level of automation in ATM. It aims to present the operation of a multilink communication infrastructure, focusing on datalink using SATCOM Datalink alongside VHF Data Link (VDL) Mode 2.
We look forward to welcoming many interested participants in Vienna.
