The EXODUS project will deliver a federated test and training environment hosted in a community cloud, designed to harmonise and standardise national specificities required for a “Y-architecture” supporting common system configurations and settings. Following the principle “develop once – deploy many”, the project will also validate the outcomes of relevant SESAR 2020 projects within ANSP pre-operational environments, both federated and national.

This solution is a prerequisite for the business continuity solution, ensuring the capability to transition from normal operations in an I-architecture to a Y-architecture during business continuity situations, and then return seamlessly to normal operations. Additionally, EXODUS will test Y-architecture system configurations within I-architectures to ensure future scalability.
